Andrew,
Those past midnight discussions dont change the facts. We shalll have more
of those in the planned event organised by AFRINIC ref:Intenet Shutdowns.
But fact remains that, AFRINIC's core missions is to promote internet
development by allocating number resources and maintaining the database.
