This is a small nit, but the US does not have a Minister of Foreign Relations (or a minister of anything to my knowledge).

Hillary Clinton was appointed as Secretary of State. She had also previously been elected as a Senator representing the state of New York.

I think she is likely to be the next POTUS as well.
