this discussion is technically bogus.

the rpki is a certificate hierarchy of attestation of resource
ownership.

in current implementations, in order to have keys with which to
authenticate rpki elements in transport, there is a _second_ pki,
referred to as the BPKI, or business pki, which is used by the business
entities concerned.

using the rpki to authenticate web users is a broken and bogus concept.
using certificates and keys of business relationships is congruent with
the trust model of web customers/members.

and we now return you to accusing your internet registry of deriliction
of duty, high crimes, and treason.
