Lets face it. The issues are real and not about race but a group of people in the community. No doubt this has created sentiments that might be deeper and silent.
Lets also see some more responsible representation of facts from the board. Some statements from board and also those on the list can be loosely translated in the underlying mood.
Afrinic is more than 10 years and has been a product of hard dedicated work by many more than the current board so I ask that board give respect to the history.
The organisation will overcome the current challenges and I’m sure new fresh board members will also continue to build on 12 years of leadership.
My insistence on respecting the bottom up process and written by-laws would remove what is the elephant in the room today.
