The chair has promised that the board will take up the matter of whether or not to put Badru on the CoE.

As has been repeatedly pointed out to you, they are not required to do so by the bylaws. It is entirely at the discretion of the board.

Q.E.D. There is no disregard of the bylaws even in the year you are complaining about.

Unless you can provide specific references, this is the same kind of vague accusation without substance as your previous statement.

This is not subjectivity, this is a request that you back up your supposedly objective claims with actual facts.

If you cannot substantiate your accusations with something other than vague references to large libraries of text without citing specifics, then it is most difficult, nay, impossible to address your concerns in a meaningful way.

Do you have any such specific references? Can you repeat any specific questions which have not been adequately answered?
