I disagree that there has been no action.  The Governnce Committee charter was drafted, received comments from the community, was edited to take comments into account, was approved by the community, and was approved by the Board.  The next step is to elect/appoint the members of the committee, and that is planned for the next AFRINIC meeting in November 2016.
