Dear Badru and All,

Thank you for your comments on the issue of Governance and the request
for a timeline towards the setup of the Governance Committee.

I was offline over the weekend and till yesterday due to fatigue, and
not because I chose to ignore the emails.

I will lead the Board in the next few days, to give very specific
timelines to the earlier outlined activities and have this circulated to
members, latest COB of Monday 28th September 2015.
