[Community-Discuss] Incorrect Public Listing of Members' Standing

I'd agree with Saul on this.

Billing has started for next year (2016). I'm aware that the ZACR has
received and paid this bill.

I believe the normal billing period is from 1st Jan to 31st Dec - so it
seems wrong to label people as "Not in good standing".

I actually thought that people are only "late" after the end of
January...
