Dear Chair,

Thanks a lot for all your response, they are very helpful and indicative of
progress. Re-assurance is good, its just that I have heard too much
security PR in the last few weeks and while we may think we are
re-assuring, it could negatively discourage(scare) people which i know is
not your intent.
