I did not hear from frank, but  i assume that  hasn't  say "no" means "yes", 
and i hope he is not too busy building IXP all over tanzania.

But, i have seen him crying on the issue again on afnog at afnog.org,  an 
operator list where spams issues discussions seem  not to  have higher 
priority.
