U right Ifeyinwa it seems thant we are having all the kind of spam listed in 
the links I sent and in this one on the continent.

So what can we do to fight it.?

- has one of us (I guess yes) receive some complaints about people that one 
of it's IP is an Open Relay?

- For those you are managing cctld among us? How do you address this issue?
Do you get some complaints about some domains you manage?

Ernest do you hold a kind of statistic on the region about the top IP 
spammers? or the frequency you receive complaint?

How did he solve the problem?
