we talked about it and some operators and users present at the meeting
mentioned the legal issues, the operational issue, the financial issue
they are facing in fighting spams

we talked about some, especially commercial and business motivations

we outline this while discussing how difficult it is to address spam,

WG, or SIG or research group, we agreed that African operators and
users don't need to reinvent the wheel while we need to have a place
where we share experiences, where we can discuss and face together
this specific spam issue.
