concluded during the AFRINIC Annual General Members Meeting (AGMM2026) held in Nairobi, Kenya. </span></p>

members of the Governance Committee. The appointments will be for a one-year term and a two-year term respectively, in accordance with Section 5.1.4 and 5.1.5 of the Governance Committee’s Terms of Reference. The terms of office shall ordinarily commence on
1 January and expire on 31 December.</span></p>
