font-family: "Helvetica Neue"; color: rgb(69, 69, 69);">(i) a moins de 18 ans;</div><div class="" style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; font-family: "Helvetica Neue"; color: rgb(69, 69, 69);">(ii) est un failli non libéré;</div><div class="" style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; font-family: "Helvetica Neue"; color: rgb(69, 69, 69);">iii) ne serait pas, sauf pour l'abrogation de l'article 117 de la loi de 1984 sur les sociétés de Maurice, être un administrateur ou un promoteur de la société au sens de cette loi ou y participer ou y participer;</div><div class="" style="margin: 0px;
