for LIR Members is now
complete. Annual membership Fees Invoices have been sent by
emails to all
contacts held in our database on 5<sup>th</sup> December 2013
and uploaded on
individual members’ accounts in MyAFRINIC. Hard copies of the
invoices have
also been sent to members via Courier services.<o:p></o:p><br>

regards to the
settlement of Membership Fee invoices. We would like to remind
our members
that, non-payment of membership fees is a direct breach of the
Registration
Services Agreement and will lead to closure and reclaim of

Payments of membership fees are due within 30 days from the date
of the

invoices paid before the beginning of the current billing period

1 January 2014) will benefit 5% discount. Such discount shall be
in the form of
a Credit Note which will be netted off against the
membership fees for the next

in line with the provisions of the Registration Services
Agreement, a Late
Payment Penalty of up to 15% (<i

incremental basis</i>) shall be levied on all outstanding Fees
as at 31<sup>st</sup>

5% penalty of the unpaid Fees as at 1<sup>st</sup> February; a

- 10% penalty of the unpaid Fees as at 1<sup>st</sup> March; a

invoice covering the penalty charge shall be raised early March
in this regard.<o:p></o:p><br>

15% penalty of the unpaid Fees as at 1<sup>st</sup> April; a
separate
