We are pleased to share a key milestone update on the Africa Internet Summit 2026 (AIS’26) <https://2026.internetsummit.africa/> - https://2026.internetsummit.africa/. The AIS’26 will take place from 22 to 26 June 2026 in Nairobi, Kenya, convening Africa’s Internet community for a week of technical exchange, policy dialogue, capacity building, and collaboration across the digital ecosystem.

Our Local Host

AIS’26 is proudly hosted by the Technology Service Providers of Kenya (TESPOK <https://www.tespok.co.ke/>), at a time when Kenya continues to solidify its position as one of Africa’s leading digital economies. As the country’s leading industry association representing telecommunications and technology service providers, TESPOK brings together key players across the public and private sectors. Their leadership in hosting AIS’26 reflects a strong spirit of collaboration, working alongside AFRINIC <https://afrinic.net/> and AfNOG <https://www.afnog.org/> to deliver a Summit that is deeply rooted in regional partnerships, fostering meaningful engagement, strengthening networks across the continent, and enriching the overall Summit experience.

Venue Confirmation

We are pleased to confirm that AIS’26 will be held at the Emara Ole-Sereni, Nairobi <https://2026.internetsummit.africa/index.php/travel/venue.html>. The venue has been selected to support both the in-person and hybrid components of the Summit, offering suitable conference facilities and accessibility for delegates.

Visa & Travel Information

The AIS’26 Delegates traveling to Kenya are encouraged to review visa requirements in advance of their travel. Kenya offers an electronic travel authorisation (eTA) <https://etakenya.go.ke/> process for most visitors, which can be completed online prior to arrival. Many African nationals benefit from visa facilitation measures, including visa-free entry or simplified entry procedures, making Nairobi an accessible destination for regional participants. Confirmation du lieu

Nous confirmons que l’AIS’26 se tiendra à l’Emara Ole-Sereni, Nairobi.  <https://emara.ole-sereni.com/>Ce lieu a été retenu pour accueillir à la fois les sessions en présentiel et les sessions hybrides du sommet, avec des infrastructures adaptées et un bon niveau d’accessibilité pour les participants.

Les délégués de l'AIS'26 se rendant au Kenya sont invités à vérifier les conditions d'obtention de visa avant leur départ. Le Kenya propose une procédure d'autorisation électronique de voyage (eTA) <https://etakenya.go.ke/> pour la plupart des visiteurs, qui peut être effectuée en ligne avant l'arrivée.
