This is a reminder that the Nomination Period in the 2025 Election of AFRINIC’s Board of Directors is currently scheduled to close on Monday 26 May 2025 at 23:59 Mauritius (MUT) time.[1] <applewebdata://56A836BC-04AF-419D-A789-4429175B59D0#_ftn1> 

The 2025 Election presents an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to contribute their experience, expertise and leadership to help advance AFRINIC’s mission and serve our community. 

 

The available seats on AFRINIC's Board of Directors for the 2025 Election are as follows:

 

Seat One: North Africa

Seat Two: West Africa

Seat Three: Indian Ocean

Seat Four: Central Africa

Seat Five: Southern Africa

Seat Six: Eastern Africa

Seat Seven: Region-Independent

Seat Eight: Region-Independent 

 

The Nomination Committee therefore strongly encourages as many Nominations as possible from a diverse range of people, covering all of the AFRINIC sub-regions and those from across the African Internet community.
