[AFRINIC-Announce] Message of Condolences to the family and friends of Mr Lala Andriamampianina

[AFRINIC Communication]

Dear community members,

We have learnt with profound sadness the untimely death of Mr Lala Andriamampianina, who was our former Board member from 2011 to 2014. 

Mr. Andriamampianina was the President of NIC-MG.. He has also served as the Vice Chair of the Board of the Malagasy E-Governance National Realization Agency and the Executive Director of the Foundation for Higher Education Development.

Mr. Andriamampianina has also served as the Chairman of the Polytechnic School, University of Antananarivo; and he was also a Member of ISOC.

He was the executive manager of the FADES, a project of the Malagasy government, which was financed by the World Bank and was considered a Pioneer of the Internet in Madagascar.

We wish to extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, friends and to the Global Internet community. 

May his soul rest in eternal peace.

Chers membres de la communauté,

Nous avons appris avec une profonde tristesse le décès prématuré de M. Lala Andriamampianina, qui était notre ancien membre du conseil d'administration de 2011 à 2014.

M. Andriamampianina était le président de NIC-MG. Il a également été vice-président du conseil d'administration du lMalagasy E-Governance National Realization Agency et directeur exécutif de la Foundation for Higher Education Development.

M. Andriamampianina a également été président de l'École polytechnique de l'Université d'Antananarivo; et il était également membre de l'ISOC.

Il était le directeur exécutif du FADES, un projet du gouvernement malgache, financé par la Banque mondiale et considéré comme un pionnier de l'Internet à Madagascar.

Nous souhaitons adresser nos plus sincères  condoléances à la famille, aux amis et à la communauté Internet mondiale en deuil.

Que son âme repose dans la paix éternelle.

لقد تعلمنا بحزن عميق الموت المفاجئ للسيد Lala Andriamampianina ، الذي كان عضوًا سابقًا في مجلس الإدارة من 2011 إلى 2014.

كان السيد Andriamampianina رئيسًا لشركة NIC-MG. كما شغل منصب نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة الوكالة الوطنية لتحقيق الحوكمة الإلكترونية في Malagasy والمدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة تطوير التعليم العالي.

عمل السيد Andriamampianina أيضًا رئيسًا لكلية الفنون التطبيقية بجامعة أنتاناناريفو ؛ وكان أيضا عضوا في ISOC.

كان المدير التنفيذي لـ FADES ، وهو مشروع لحكومة مدغشقر ، والذي تم تمويله من قبل البنك الدولي واعتبر رائداً للإنترنت في مدغشقر.

Aprendemos com profunda tristeza a morte prematura do Sr. Lala Andriamampianina, que foi nosso antigo membro do Conselho de Administração de 2011 a 2014. 

O Sr. Andriamampianina foi o Presidente do NIC-MG. Também serviu como Vice-Presidente do Conselho de Administração da Agência de Realização Nacional E-Governação Malgaxe e Director Executivo da Fundação para o Desenvolvimento do Ensino Superior.

O Sr. Andriamampianina foi também Presidente da Escola Politécnica da Universidade de Antananarivo; e foi também Membro da ISOC.

Foi gerente executivo do FADES, um projecto do governo malgaxe, que foi financiado pelo Banco Mundial e considerado um pioneiro da Internet em Madagáscar.

Queremos apresentar as nossas mais profundas e sentidas condolências à família enlutada, aos amigos e à comunidade global da Internet. 

Que a sua alma descanse em paz eterna.
