Dear Colleagues, 

AFRINIC is pleased to advise that the Annual Financial Statements for the financial year to December 2018 is now available at: https://afrinic.net/finance/2018#financial-statement <https://afrinic.net/finance/2018#financial-statement>

Kindly take note that AFRINIC Board approved the Audited Financial Statements as presented (Resolution 201904.482 - https://afrinic.net/board/meeting/2019#r482 <https://afrinic.net/board/meeting/2019#r482>). 

All the required signatures are being assembled and once completed, a fully signed and complete set of 2018 Audited Financial Statements together with the signed External Auditors reports and Opinions shall be published. As per the bylaws Section 7.6 the audited financial statement will be presented at the AGMM 2019, for adoption by the members.

Veuillez noter que le conseil d'administration d’AFRINIC a approuvé les états financiers vérifiés annuels tels que présenté (la résolution 201904.482 - https://afrinic.net/board/meeting/2019#r482 <https://afrinic.net/board/meeting/2019#r482>).

Toutes les signatures requises seront compilées  et une fois complétées, les états financiers vérifiés dûment signé pour 2018 ainsi que le rapport des auditeurs externes signés seront publiés. Conformément à l'article 7.6 des statuts d'AFRINIC, les états financiers vérifiés  sera présenté à l'AGMM 2019 pour adoption par les membres.
