[AFRINIC-Announce] Board appointments to fill casual vacancies

[AFRINIC Communication]

Dear AFRINIC members and community,


The AFRINIC Board has made the following appointments to fill vacant seats in the Board, in terms of Article 13.14 of the AFRINIC Bylaws:

Ousmane Ly to seat 2 (Western Africa)    ;
Robert Nkusi Ford to seat 6 (Eastern Africa)    ;

These appointments are with effect from 1 February 2019, until the next AGMM which is planned to be held in June 2019.

Chers membres et communauté d'AFRINIC,

Le Conseil d'AFRINIC a procédé aux nominations suivantes pour pourvoir les sièges vacants au sein du Conseil, conformément à l'article 13.14 des statuts de l'AFRINIC:

Ousmane Ly to seat 2 (Afrique de l'ouest)    ;
Robert Nkusi Ford to seat 6 (Afrique de l'est) 


Ces nominations sont en vigueur du 1 février 2019 jusqu'au prochain AGMM qui est prévu pour juin 2019.

تحية طيبة وبعد....
عين مجلس إدارة المركز الأفريقي لمعلومات الشبكة التعيينات التالية لشغل المناصب الشاغرة في مجلس الإدارة وفقًا لأحكام المادة رقم 13.14 من اللائحة الداخلية للمجلس الأفريقي لمعلومات الشبكة، وهم:
• عثمان لي في المنصب رقم 2 (الجنوب الأفريقي)
• روبرت نكوسي فورد في المنصب رقم 6 (الشرق الأفريقي)
وتُعتبر هذه التعيينات نافذة من 1 فبراير 2019 حتى الاجتماع السنوي العام للأعضاء التالي المُخطط عقده في شهر يونيو 2019.
