[AFRINIC-Announce] Deployment of 'all resource' RPKI Trust Anchor

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that AFRINIC has gone live with an “all resource” RPKI TA (trust anchor) as planned on September 14, 2017. 

This change has no effect on any existing RPKI validation.
