[AFRINIC-Announce] Call for volunteers as Trusted Community Representatives for DNS root key management

ICANN has called for volunteers to act as Trusted Community Representatives (TCRs) who will play a role in managing the Root Zone Key Signing Key (KSK), the trust anchor for the global Domain Name System (DNS).
