AFRINIC is pleased to announce that the AFRINIC-23 fellowship selection process is now complete and the following applicants have been selected to receive a fellowship to attend AFRINIC-23, being held from 28 November to 4 December in Pointe-Noire, Republic of Congo:

- Tshishimbi Etienne from Senegal
- Elitcha Komi Mokpokpo Woateba from Togo
- Bonface Witaba from Kenya
- Yvonne Tsara from Zimbabwe
- Manga Willy Ted Gregory Marcel from Cameroon
