[AfriNIC-announce] High latency affecting AfriNIC services

Dear colleagues,

For the last couple of hours, we are experiencing high latency reaching
 our public infrastructure in South Africa.

It is a major problem faced by our provider and we are in touch with
them to resolve the problem.

We are sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause in accessing our
services and will keep you updated about the evolving situation.
