A paper on "Analysis of the future exhaustion of the IPv4 Central pool
in relation to IANA and its impact on the AfriNIC region" is available

It looks at the global situation, estimated the impact in AfriNIC region
and propose some solutions whilst leaving the discussion open for
contribution from the community.

There will be a presentation on the topic during the upcoming AfriNIC-6
meeting followed in the afternoon by a BoF on the topic.
