Looks good to me. Perhaps just (re)define what each mailing list is 
intended for - for example - I'm still not quite sure which is the most 
appropriate list for discussion how to allocate IPv6 addresses - such 
that I can attempt to provide the best possible aggregation at all 
places where I interconnect.
