Dear Adiel,
Dear all,

How good to see the dream coming true. It is amazing to go back to the
session of Geneva in 98, as far as I remember, when the first document
was proposed. It was a wish and challenge to be considered first by the
African community. It is wonderful to see it now recognized by the
whole Internet community. I wish I was also able to participate with
the progress of this process.

Thanks to all of you and wish all the best for our beautiful continent.
I also would like to thank everyone has participated to this work and
I won't forget to give special thanks to Randy Bush who has always
dedicated his time and heart for African challenges.

Nashwa
