Congratulations to all of those who had the vision and kept it alive and 
kicking for the past 7 years ! I have a special thought for my friend 
and former colleague Pierre Ouedraogo who had been instrumental to that 
process from day one.


Félicitations à tous ceux et celles qui ont eu la vison et qui ont 
poursuivi l'objectif avec acharnement au cours des 7 dernières années ! 
Une pensée spéciale pour mon ami et ancien collègue Pierre Ouedraogo qui 
  a été un élément moteur du processus depuis le début.
