We are not really touching Saturday and Sunday - we will continue to have the meetings that we have had previously. We will also definitely have the AfREN meeting. Ditto the AfNOG meeting. I think reflective from the suggested (and note this is just a working document with impending changes etc.) is that we are trying to accommodate the interests of the many disparate groups as part of meeting the AIS's philosophy. I think if we continue to do things the way we did them, then we will not really have an AIS. Whilst AIS is not a complete departure from the philosophy of the previous meetings, I think we should try to do things a bit differently as we go forward. i think change is as good as a rest, just to use the saying.
