Hi Seun and all,
I agree with Seun, moderators can liaise with panelists about their session.
Usually when Q&As are done after all the presentations in a panel we tend to save on time and this helps in keeping the programme on track with time.
In this format the programme also tend to run smoothly and in order.
But on occasions having Q&As just after a presentation can be more impactful or useful . So yes we may leave it to moderators to decide what would work best.
1. Let us first finalise the agenda.
2. We shall determine who will be moderators on these panels.
3. PC to propose names of moderators or PC members could volunteer to moderate these panels as they are familiar with the papers submitted.
4. Contact between moderators and presenters can then be established.
