Hello Michuki,

Sorry I missed your last email as this went into my spam box.

Following the submission of draft slides and confirmation of attendance of speakers, we have now an idea of who is coming.

Noah let us know which presentations are of interest to AFNOG.

Michuki, I will request presenters to reduce their time for presentation according per the panels we want to set up.

We can now proceed with shaping the different panels.

Logically with 20 speakers I think we can have 5-6 panels.

I think may be some presentations are good enough to stand alone, please indicate which ones can.

Please let us start grouping these presentations and shape the panels for AIS’15.

Ashil

I indicated in my remarks that we could group together some of the presentation proposals into panel session discussions and perhaps we could ask the speakers to reduce the time to 10 minutes. If this were the case, then i think we would be in a position to have useful discussions on some of the topics such as IGF, Security, etc.
