[AISPC] China Telecoms slides

Hi Ashil,

Belo Papers are great but need more beef-up since they have about only 10
slides each. Author to add more content and none should be marketing stuff.

 -Evolution of Network Security System
- Green Cloud IDC
- Evolution of Network Security System

NOTE: The paper below has a lot of direct marketing stuff. Tell the Author
the PC will drop it unless they revise it. Its like they are promoting
their product "Network Platform"
