[AISPC] Draft slides for review for AIS 2014

Hi Ashil,

Ref; Papers from Djibuti Telecom, The presentation format and slide no. is
great for most of them.
There is only one specific slide they submitted via the AfNOG system which
had 97 slides which i adviced Akbah to revise or will use it for Tutorials.

Note: IS the AISPC going to accept all this numerous papers from Djiouti
Telecom given there are other folks from different organizations to be
short-listed on the draft agendas.

I want however to steal :-) hehehe the presentation on Djibouti IXP below
for the AfNOG day if that is ok. I have presentations I can also push your
way.

Otherwise, lets make sure Djibouti Telecom does not steal the show but we
can select the relevant one and drop some depending on feedback from
Christian Bope who will go through the French Ones.
