[AISPC] The Africa Internet Summit 2014 - Call for Papers.

Same for me.

On a similar note, I'm currently quite busy with SAFNOG so 
will not have time for detailed participation into the AfNOG 
agenda until after SAFNOG (so from 28th April).

However, Noah is PC co-chair on the AfNOG side as well. So 
we should be fine.
