Hi Ashil,
Seen and it's ok with me.
Because we are already behind scheduled, I suggest you immediately
send out a note to the authors informing them of the result and give
them a deadline for when we expect their complete slides back.

It will also be necessary to classify the presentations quickly so
that we can fit them in the schedule; we must avoid a situation where
we have 10 slide for theme/segment A and none for segment B.
