Dear all,

As we have not received any other comments on the proposals, I am going to write to those who sent in proposals that they are accepted and should proceed to prepare their presentations. I suppose silence means we acquiescence.

Thanks all for your contributions. We shall now work on producing the tentative programme and share with you all before we proceed any further. I also ask that we please think and propose name of those we can invite to make either presentations (besides the obvious ones like updates etc.) or keynotes. It would be greatly helpful if we can have names in the coming week if possible please.

Many thanks.

George

I had suggested we do this by today or tomorrow morning latest to allow us time to get back to the potential speakers to let them know whether their abstracts have been accepted. Please let us know so that we can proceed quickly.

We intend to contact other people we think will contribute to the forum so we may need to scale down on the number on this list although as you say we can probably accommodate all of them. Once we receive feedback from everybody on this list we shall then decide on how to proceed and draw up a programme indicating who is speaking when and in what session.
