[AISPC] Submissions acknowledgements?

Thanks Geert,

We have sent out confirmations of receipt of the proposals. 

Douglas, we will review the number of proposals received near the close date and see whether there is need to extend that. From experience most people tend to send theirs almost at the last minutes. We will keep you all posted. I would also suggest that we forward the call to our contacts so that the message spreads as widely as possible.
