That was the title of Mark Tinka's lightning talk during AIS'20.
You can review it on youtube [1] .
Basically it provides a MPLS control plane for IPv6.
Standardized in RFC7552 [2] .
So you may not need 6PE or any kind of tunnel to route natively IPv6
accross your core network.
