I see no need to border about that, provided the killer application for
IPv4 is Internet itself.

At a point, people will be forced to go to IPv6 whether they like it or no.

Based on the technology trends, IPv4(even coupled with multi-layer NAT)
will soon not be able to satisfy our need to connect.
