I’ve found the easiest config (in my opinion) for end users getting ipv6 dynamically, is let SLAAC takes care of both the IP assignments and GW, and run DHCPv6 primarily just for assigning DNS servers (and potentially ntp and whatever other DHCP extension stuff you’d do in v4).
