Before a previously scheduled training is cancelled, we have a clear internal process for arriving at such a decision in full consultation with the local host. Email to the public like these are just the last step of the process. So be rest assured that you (as a contact as a local host) won’t hear of cancellation of a training first time on a public list. :-)
