These would be on the cheaper end. If you are willing to 
spend more money, you could likely get tons of options that 
have some kind of v6 support.

As for an ISP in .za which supports v6 in broaband access, 
perhaps someone on the list is better-equipped to advise, as 
I'm not based in .za :-).
