Leo,

Just visit the ITU meeting participation lists and you will see that all
attendees from the Developing nations have a yahoo email address.

I have asked many of them and building a VPN back to their server is not
that simple for the many reasons you should know.

Can you please explain why it is not possible for ministries to run their
own mail servers now?
