Just noticed this email... something seems to have gone wrong with the routing view from the router that this taken from.  I've been through the prefix's that this email claims arent seen in the routing table and a lot of them are actually announced (I went looking after I saw our prefix's listed as unannounced and got rather a fright, but found they were globally announced after all!)
