Domain registrations containing IPv6 glue can now be submitted.

ie -  the co.za registration system is IPv6 aware and can take 
nameservers with any combination of IPv4 and/or IPv6 addresses.
Nameservers with IPv6 addresses are verified using IPv6 transport.
