[afripv6-discuss] Are AfriNic's /48 being filtered?

I'm looking at :-
http://www.sixxs.net/tools/grh/dfp/all/?country=za

My own /32 block seems to be everywhere - but the block for UniForum is
only getting about a 80% penetration around the world. I see the other
/48 is fairing even worse (73% penetration).

Initially - I had to ask my Transit (Tiscali) to explicitly allow it.

Has AfriNIC explicitly told people (the world) that 2001:43f8::/32 will
be used for /48's ???
(Do they need to announce this somewhere?)

My suspicion is that its being filtered by a number of operators.
