-Elected committee chair- Mr. Haitham El Nakhal<br>
- Assigned temporary secretariat - Mr. Sunday Folayan<br>
- Drafting of the committee charter (Done)<br>
- Drafting of a recruitment timeline (Done)<br>
- Drafting job description (Done)<br>

All the drafts are to be approved during the face2face meeting and Mr.
Badru Ntege (Chair) will present the updates during the meeting as
promised earlier.<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>I am not sure i understand why those drafts needs to wait for face2face; Is it because board cannot meet or because you want community input before you finalise on the draft?(which i don't think will be the case). Also when you say "chair will present update" sounds like chair will basically be repeating what you've listed above since the board is essentially doing noting at the moment other than waiting on the face2face to approve drafts.<br><br>Overall, i think its definitely a concern that the board in the last 2 months have only been able to form a committee and produced draft documents.
