Would you have been able to travel to either?<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Well if the meeting held and only 10 people showed up, it will only show the reality of how much importance is placed on domain name business/internet business as whole in Africa and ICANN should worry about that; Fear of a reduced number of participation should definitely not be the reason why the meeting was shifted. Neither should fear of Ebola or terrorism because those are now global issues.<br><br></div><div>Besides as Poncelet pointed out, the uncertainty in the soccer event was what we thought informed the uncertainty for ICANN 52 meeting...how about now that the soccer event is confirmed to be certain.
