to propose a theme for next AFRALO/AfrICANN Joint meeting at ICANN 49 in
Singapore, I am pleased to inform you that we received two suggestions:</span></p>

</span></span></span><span lang="EN-GB"><span style> </span>“ explore the ways in which members of <span class="">AFRALO</span>/<span class="">AFRICANN</span> can support the new
initiatives by ICANN to reach out to all stakeholders”. Put the focus on
what we can do for ICANN not just ask for things from them(Suggested by Ben
Fuller)</span></p>

<p class="" style="text-align:justify"><span style lang="EN-GB"><span style>2.<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span></span><span lang="EN-GB">“ importance of communication
plan in the <span class="">African </span> region So as to boost ICANN activities
in Africa,(Suggested by Mamadou Lo)</span></p>

proposed has been supported by more members for consideration. We wish to request
that Ben Fuller come up with the first draft. <span style> </span>We also wish to call for volunteer to join the
drafting committee. </span></p>
