PS: ICANN is an American company. I think it also would have difficulties (legal?) in funding representatives from North Korea and Cuba??<br>

<div>Hmm...am curious on how this works practically and will appreciate if you could further clarify your statement above, are you saying ICANN is restricted by law on countries to support? even though internet connectivity exist in those regions?<br>
